Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie see top divorce lawyer? They are not even married!

Say it ain't so - Brangelina might soon be just Brad and Angelina.

The Hollywood power couple is headed for splitsville, London's News of the World reported Saturday.

Citing sources, the paper said Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have met with California divorce lawyers and have agreed to divide their vast fortune.

It's worth an estimated $330 million and includes mansions in France, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

In legal papers signed by the unmarried stars this month, the world's most famous couple also has agreed to share custody of their six kids, sources say.

The children will reportedly live full-time with Jolie.

"The contract was like a tailor-made version of a prenuptial agreement," a source told the British tab.

"It seemed clear they want the world to know they'll both play a part in the upbringing of the children."

It's unclear when the contract will go into effect. "But the paperwork is already organized for a breakup - and for it to be as unmessy for them as possible," the source said. "It is clear it's a case of when they break up rather than if."

Though he won't be living with them, Pitt, 46, will have full access to their three biological children - Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne - as well as the three adopted children - Maddox, from Cambodia; Zahara, from Ethiopia; and Pax, from Vietnam.

Pitt reportedly purchased a million-dollar mansion last week just next door to the couple's main estate in Los Angeles.

The couple has been together since shooting the action film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" five years ago, when Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston.

Pitt and Jolie, 34, have not been photographed together in recent days, fueling rumors that their storybook relationship was on the rocks.

Pitt was photographed Friday night backstage at the Hope for Haiti telethon in Los Angeles, but Jolie was nowhere in sight. Aniston was there, manning a telephone and taking donations.

Jolie and Pitt were conspicuously absent from the Golden Globes last weekend, even though his film, "Inglourious Basterds," was nominated for several awards.

The National Enquirer reported that Pitt and Jolie had a heated argument Jan. 6 inside the Alto restaurant in midtown.

The magazine said Pitt demanded Jolie get psychiatric help for the depression she has suffered from since the death of her mother three years ago.

A hostess told the Daily News the pair appeared tense during a six-hour dinner with four others, but did not have a blowout.
Here I come to demolish another Brangelina rumor mill and to slap the behinds of some stupid websites. Heard about the biggest joke in the world currently? If not why don’t you search for Angelina Jolie news in “newsoftheworld”! We don’t know why on earth did they came out claiming “Golden couple Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie see top divorce lawyer,” as they were never married.

Though they were smart enough to change the heading later on and delete the abusive comments they received from readers, their search result for “Angelina” still shows “Golden coupleBrad Pitt & Angelina Jolie see top divorce lawyer.”  Come clean that up too Einstein!

The website shockingly claimed that a source (which I doubt exists) told them stupid stuff like “all six children will actually live full-time with their mum,” “dynamite legal papers secretly signed by the couple this month detail how all their homes and assets will be carved up” and many more. To save their behinds from the spanking after they are proved wrong, they quite obviously included terms like “there’s no set date as to when this will take effect.”

They were brilliant enough to figure out the possible split up by picking up tiny incidents like Brad going to a game with his son or Brad photographed backstage at the Hope For Haiti Now telethon (where Jennifer Aniston was also present) in Los Angeles without Angelina, 34. They were like it must be true because “Brad went to a game with his son instead of attending an awards show where he was not nominated anyway” or “Brangelina have not been pictured together recently.”

But they were dumb enough to get it from the incident where Brad and Angelina went out for a dinner at Northern Italian restaurant Alto on the Upper East Side of New York City on Thursday (January 7) or the Jan. 2 romantic dinner for two at the French restaurant Le Perigord.

Unlike fictional sources of “newsoftheworld,” popular news websites like People, CNN and TMZ, who do some actual research, have all said nothing about the split up. In fact People.com quoted ‘Everything is fine’ one source was reported as saying while another said the reports were ‘totally false’.

“Newsoftheworld” (of UK) has another US supporter as well, and it’s none other than “National Enquirer.” They have the same things to say
