Jess opted for the cougar cat burglar look — a tight-fitting turtle-neck and leggings combo that looked designed to restrict her circulation and almost succeeded treating us to the sight of her camel-toe.
The new look may impress her new bald-headed beau Billy Corgan…. But it won’t do much to dispel those weight-gain rumors.
